Kim-Adele gets 10 stars in my book. She recently guided my husband and I through the process of selling our condo in Nyack and then helped us find the perfect rental space. She is honest, attentive, super knowledgeable and a really kind human being. I was so happy to have her assistance and knew she had our best interest at heart. She knows the market and went above and beyond every step of the way. Kim-Adele is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Kim-Adele Rosner is by far the best real estate agent I have worked with in my life and in that time I have bought and sold nine properties. Kim-Adele frequently goes above and beyond. She's super friendly and a great communicator and always follows through on all of the many tasks associated with buying or selling a place. She's been an excellent source for referrals for lawyers, movers and cleaning folks, etc. In Nyack, Kim-Adele knows everybody (literally!). She definitely has her finger on the pulse of Nyack real estate. For example, she knew of a buyer that was interested in the type of property I was selling and managed to bring her in at 15 K over asking. If you're buying or selling, I can't recommend her highly enough. You'll want to keep her as a friend.

Working with Kim-Adele as our realtor was a blessing from start to finish. She were knowledgeable of the area we were looking, responsive to our needs, professional in all her interactions, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home that could be a place to raise our family. Throughout the entire process, she kept us well informed, answered all of our questions promptly and gracefully, provided insight that was thoughtful but not pushy, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of the market gave us confidence every step of the way. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind and went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. I highly recommend Kim-Adele to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her expertise, dedication, and kind commitment to her clients truly sets her apart. We couldn't be happier with the experience and would gladly work with her again in a heartbeat.
