Kayden JS Taylor

Kayden J.S. Taylor is a nonprofit leader with more than 10 years of experience serving underserved and historically marginalized communities. His professional background spans the HIV/AIDS and LGBTQ+ sectors, where he has led programs focused on housing stability, supportive services, community engagement, and equitable access to care. Throughout his career, he has been committed to advancing person-centered, inclusive approaches that improve health and social outcomes. Kayden earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Executive Leadership from the University of South Florida and is currently a second-year Master of Social Work (MSW) candidate at Aurora University. His graduate studies build upon his leadership experience by strengthening his clinical, advocacy, and systems-level practice skills. With expertise at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, healthcare, and social services, Kayden is passionate about addressing health disparities and expanding access to resources for vulnerable populations. His professional interests include healthcare social work, gerontology, behavioral health, and organizational leadership, with a continued focus on creating meaningful, sustainable change within communities.
