Hi! My name is Hannah Wardell. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and its my goal to help you achieve your dreams in fitness. Whether that’s weight loss, strength gain, confidence in your body or a little bit of everything, it’s my job to give you the tools you need to succeed. The gym doesn’t have to be a scary place where you feel clueless and intimidated, and I’m here to help you feel at ease. My training consists of weekly program updates, check ins, nutrition guidance and contact whenever you need me. You can also book 1-1 sessions with me in-person through my links above! I am an international level powerlifter and have represented Team Scotland on the Commonwealth platform, and also hold a Scottish Record for Bench Press.
