Dr. Danika Maddocks created The Gifted Learning Lab because standard parenting advice doesn’t work for emotionally intense, sensitive gifted and twice-exceptional kids and teens - in fact, it often makes things worse. The Gifted Learning Lab helps parents of gifted and 2e kids feel empowered with principles and strategies that actually feel good for their whole family. The Gifted Learning Lab's unique approach is rooted in the neurodiversity paradigm and tailored to gifted/2e kids specifically. As a gifted/2e person herself and parent to a 2e kid, Danika combines insights from research, clinical experience, and lived experience.
