An amazing place to purchase chocolate. The staff are excellent and very kind. They went out of their way to assist us with our purchases. The chocolate are obviously very good and they have a good selection of flavors. The ice cream and cold chocolates are also very delicious. Will absolutely come back here next time I visit Berlin.

Really good hot dark chocolate here. One of the best I've tried in Germany. Also Chocolate candies are really good here. No wonder this is one of the best chocolate manufacturers in the world.<br><br>Though the service is ok, it could be better, especially in the area they're providing services, which is Mall of Berlin, the most visited mall of Berlin by tourists.
