What ages is the play area for?

Our soft play area is designed for children 6 months to 5 years of age. This keeps the play safe as well as developmentally appropriate.

How long is a rental?

We offer 4-hour standard rentals. You may choose your preferred start time when booking. For example, 1 PM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 2 PM.
Need extra time? Ask us about extended rental options for an additional fee.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, a delivery fee applies and is based on the distance from our location. The fee covers delivery, setup, and breakdown of all equipment.

Our soft play equipment can be set up indoors or outdoors (weather permitting). The area must be flat, clean, and free of sharp objects. If outdoors, grass, turf, or concrete surfaces are acceptable.

For safety and fun, please follow these guidelines:
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Shoes off, socks on while in the play area.
No food, drinks, or gum inside the play zone.
Gentle play only – no roughhousing, pushing, or climbing on outside edges of equipment.

What happens If I need to cancel?

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before your event. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking.

What if it rains?

For safety reasons, we cannot set up outdoors in the rain, on wet ground, or during extreme weather. If rain is expected, we recommend choosing an indoor location or having a backup plan. If weather prevents setup we will work with you to reschedule.
