We hired Ezekiel Ayers as the transaction coordinator to sell our family cottage. He kept all parties updated and informed, he solved problems as soon as they came up, and he always treated everyone with respect. We never wondered what was supposed to happen next. He requested and distributed information to the proper parties - always moving the transaction forward deliberately and efficiently. Ezekiel is knowledgeable and has strong negotiating skills that are a must in this market! I have worked with him on several transactions and he is always a great communicator and quick to respond.
