Evergreen Services Center is a small, not-for-profit business co-founded in 2026.

Our partners are two Battle Born Nevadans living in Las Vegas. We've lived and work across the valley, in both private and non-profit sectors. As a result, we've met incredible people doing incredible work, every day!

That's why we started this business - to support our neighbors in every way that we can, and help people feel like they belong within our community.

What do you do?

We provide affordable solutions for individuals and families, freelancers and independents, start-ups, small businesses, and beyond so you can stay on track with your goals.

We specialize in finances, documents, and consulting. Before working together, we will go over your current and long-term needs, to make sure we are the best fit for you.

And if we're not the best fit for you? Through a Resource Consultation, we can refer you to one of the many Southern Nevada resources.

What are your business hours?

Currently, we operate on a flex-schedule. For consultations, we prioritize your availability, meaning we may schedule consultations outside of typical business hours, including weekends and after 5pm.

Where are you located?

Evergreen Services Center is newly operational and does not have a storefront location. For consultations and meetings, we can travel to a location that is convenient for you, across the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. We can also meet virtually via phone or video call.

What are your fees?

Accepted Answer

Fees are based on multiple factors, including what type of service you request and whether you are requesting short- or long-term services. We offer fixed and sliding-scale payment options, which will be discussed in your free consultation. You will not be asked to sign an agreement before all fees have been disclosed, and fees do not change once the agreement has been confirmed.

Bookkeeping

Whether as a freelancer, independent contractor, small business, or larger business - whatever the case may be - proper bookkeeping is a key part of managing your finances. When your books are in order, you can budget accordingly, complete accurate fiscal reports, and file your taxes with no stress!

We can provide bookkeeping services on short-term and long-term contracts, depending on what works best for you. We can also train your business to use QuickBooks so you can manage your bookkeeping independently for years to come.

Management Consulting

During your initial consultation, we will review multiple packages for management consulting depending on the size and scale of your business, your budget, and specific needs or problem-solving approaches you wish to prioritize.

With education and experience in organizational communication, technical writing, information systems management, business operations, and financial services, we put our knowledge and skills to work in order to support your goals.

Some of the frequently requested areas for consultation include, but are not limited to: methods to reduce errors across multiple levels of organizational communication; leadership strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention; and analysis of business operations to increase efficiency.
