The dos was great we had the octopus,ceviche, tuna tartar and filetes de bacalhau. They were all delicious and we had the cevicheria white wine and also great. The service could have improved a little.

I haven't had such a delightful and delicious dinner in a long time. The garlic shrimp was fantastic. The roasted octopus with rice was excellent. My daughter's beef tenderloin steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender. We loved the 10-year-old Port wine. The tiramisu made with 20-year-old Port wine was superb. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

El Mar is a restaurant with true character and confidence. Outstanding, genuinely delicious food, refined author-driven presentation, and a precise, thoughtful approach to flavor and detail. The service is attentive and highly professional, offering classic restaurant-level hospitality where care and competence are felt in every moment. Elmar leaves the impression of a strong, well-composed restaurant where everything is done right — with taste and intention.
