Question 24

Accepted Answer

It depends on your plan. PPO plans generally allow you to see specialists without first getting a referral from a primary care doctor.

What is a pre-existing condition?

Accepted Answer

A pre-existing condition is generally a health condition you had before your new coverage became effective. How it is handled depends on the type of coverage. Accepted Answer

Many plans offer options for spouses and dependent children, so coverage can be built around an individual or family’s needs.
