New location on 94 street is understaffed.we waited for our food over 40 minutes - asked to cancel order at not avail. When food arrived it was COLD! We reached to the manager who could not care less and took my $20k without hesitation and without any apologies, to cover the drinks. Nice waitress doing a good job without any help!

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience we have had in the 7 visits to bogota in two years. We went to celebrate a birthday we’re excited about the gold wrapped tomahawk steak. It was really Cold and only two heaters that did not heat …. Order apps and they came super fast with no plates no silverware and no drinks ….. drinks arrived 20 min later. Our reservation was at 9 and at 10:30 our order for food was still not taken and they apologized to lo the tables around us and we knew they are delayed and short staffed… but we were not told. We finally decided on burgers next door as it was too late to go anywhere. Completely ruined our evening. I asked the counter person what happened tonight and he said they were not expecting a rush after Christmas and they were short staffed …horrible experience I should have taken the bad service reviews from the other location into consideration…they have horrible reviews.. I guess they trained at this location. Thank you El Don

What a chique place. Beautifull poeple lovely atmosphere. Nice music and wonderfull desserts. When in Bogota a must to go place
