Engaged with this ID 2 years ago (POC: Ron and Javier). Renovation completed in mid 2023 and they owed me $2k+* since then.  The ID keep giving me all sorts of excuses. Till now still no update. Warranty is for 1 year but response is very slow (I think he has forgotten the items/works are still under warranty). So disappointed and definitely not recommended.

*Update on 07/Jun:  revise amount to ~$200.
*Update on 24/Oct:  sort of settled with ID on previous dispute. That said, I must give credit to those workers cos so far, there is no defect or major artefact. Their workmanship is superb especially the tile works!
PS Tile work is good so I really recommend this! For admin wise home owners may need to have a close follow up with your ID to avoid confusion/dispute.

4.5 stars. there is rarely an ID firm out there who’s able to do 3D sketches on the spot (without extra payment from us customers) to help us visualise our dream home better. the entire renovation process was smooth as well, albeit slight hiccups which were easily solved with reasonable communication. thank you to Kayden (and Ron) for the entire process! great job and well done to the team.

Kayden and his team were responsive and kept to the agreed timeline despite design modifications during the project. The carpentry work was of good quality, with thoughtful and practical considerations for users.
