Deniz Aktan was born in Ankara at Gülhane Military Hospital, Türkiye, and completed his secondary education at Lyce Ankara High School. He pursued higher education in Ukraine, completing the preparatory faculty (Russian lang. department) before graduating from the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science, University of Kyiv, with a degree in Systems Engineering. In addition to his formal education, he has completed professional training in process improvement and operational efficiency, obtaining a Six Sigma Green Belt certification awarded by Sterling Business School in cooperation with Rowan University. Following early professional experience in Moscow, he established his long-term base in Kyiv, where he has remained actively engaged in international business and cross-border commercial operations. With a presence in Kyiv since92 and Ukrainian citizenship since 2006, Aktan has built a career focused on business development, industrial trade, and the structuring of international commercial activities across regional markets. His work has consistently centered on the organization, expansion, and management of cross-border trade frameworks, maintaining sustained involvement in corporate operations and international trade strategy.
