About Me
I'm a demographer and sociologist by training, but having make my career out of left-brained thinking, I've been exploring visual arts for the last several years. While I enjoyed experimenting with all mediums, I've become fixated on printmaking lately.
In 2024, I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. The treatment, the side effects, and the long-term certainty of repeat treatments during a future relapse, have made me question how I spend my time. I've decided to spend more time making art and sharing it with the public.
My blog originally served as a way to communicate health updates to friends and family. It'll be repurposed as a catch-all for anything too long or too detailed to post on instagram.
