Where do you teach Pole Classes?

I teach at Deary Pole & Fitness studio in Sunderland, UK. We are in the city centre, in Sunniside. If you book into one of my classes for the first time I will reach out and send you extra directions:)

What do I need to wear/bring to a class?

Ideally, a sports bra, t-shirt, and shorts. Also, make sure to bring along water

How much are the Friday Beginner Group classes?

All Group classes at the studio are the following: One time pass £12 Silver membership(x4 classes) £42 Gold membership (x8 classes) £80

How do I book a 1-1 session with you?

Request a 1-1 session via bethyrosepole@hotmail.com Let me know what level you are, what kind of days and times you can do, and when you'd ideally like to start. I will then check studio availability before confirming.
