How much do custom cookies cost?

Each order is custom designed, so pricing varies based on the complexity of the artwork, number of colors, and amount of detail. Pricing begins at $55 per dozen, with final pricing provided after discussing your order.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Custom decorated cookies are sold by the dozen. Because of the time involved in creating custom designs, there is a 
1-dozen minimum for all custom orders.

Question 3

How far in advance should I place my order?

Accepted Answer

The earlier, the better! Custom cookies require several days of planning, baking, decorating, and drying. I typically book 1–2 months in advance, depending on the season. I recommend placing your order at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Need cookies at the last minute? Feel free to ask! If my schedule allows, I'm happy to fit you in whenever possible. I do not charge rush fees, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Can you copy a design I found online?

I'm happy to use inspiration photos to create cookies you'll love! While I won't make an exact copy of another decorator's work, I can create a custom design inspired by your ideas while adding my own artistic style.

What flavors do you offer?

My signature decorated sugar cookies are available in the following flavors:

At this time, I do not offer gluten-free or allergen-friendly cookies.

Question 6

How do I place an order?

To get started, please complete the Custom Order Form linked on my Facebook page or through my Linktree.
Once your form has been submitted, you'll receive an automated email confirming that I've received your inquiry. I personally review every request and will respond within three business days to let you know if I'm available for your requested date.
If I'm able to accommodate your order, we'll finalize the design, quantity, pricing, and pickup details. I'll then email you an invoice.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of receiving your invoice to reserve your order date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your scheduled pickup. Please note your order is not confirmed or reserved until your deposit has been paid.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Because every order is custom-made specifically for your event, all payments are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your order, please notify me as soon as possible. As a courtesy, if I am able to fill your original order date with another customer, I may, at my sole discretion, apply your paid deposit toward a future order. This is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Where are you located?

Blissfully Sweet is based in Pekin, Illinois. Complimentary pickup is available in Pekin. 
Your exact pickup address and pickup instructions will be sent during the week of your scheduled pickup.
For added convenience, pickup is also available at Kohl's in East Peoria for an additional fee.
Local delivery may be available based on my schedule and your location. Delivery fees vary depending on distance.

Can I request a specific pickup time?

Absolutely! I'll work with you to schedule a pickup time that is convenient for both of us. Pickup details will be sent during the week of your order.

Do you ship?

No. Blissfully Sweet operates under the Illinois Cottage Food Law, which does not permit shipping.

How are my cookies packaged?

Accepted Answer

Each cookie is individually heat-sealed for freshness and packaged in a bakery box.

Looking for something extra special? Gift tags, ribbons, bows, and other decorative packaging options are available for an additional fee and can be added to your order.

Question 13

Do your cookies contain allergens?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All cookies are made in my licensed Illinois Cottage Food home kitchen where products containing dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are prepared.

While I take great care during baking, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contact.

How should I store my cookies?

Cookies stay freshest when kept sealed in their original packaging. For best freshness, store your cookies at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Please do not refrigerate.

Cookies stay fresh for approximately two weeks when left sealed. For longer storage, cookies can be frozen for up to three months. Simply thaw them in their sealed bags before opening.

Do you provide donations?

Donation requests are considered on a case by case basis and fulfilled as I am able. Please contact me directly and provide as many details as possible for your donation to be considered.
