You’ll approve your fit before welding. Complimentary adjustments are available during your appointment. Resizing requested later may require a service fee or replacement chain.

14-Day Weld Guarantee

If your welded connecting ring fails within 14 days, contact AUREA with a photo. Bring your original, wearable chain for a complimentary reweld. This guarantee covers the weld only.

Breakage, Stretching, & Loss

Permanent jewelry is made for everyday wear, but it isn’t indestructible. Snags, stretching, chain damage, discoloration, and normal wear are not considered weld defects. Lost jewelry cannot be replaced or refunded.

Removed or broken your piece? Save all parts and contact AUREA. Rewelding or repair may be available; fees and replacement costs depend on the condition of the piece.
