Question 1

What kinds of gatherings do you cater for?

Accepted Answer

I cater for all kinds of gatherings, from intimate dinners at home and relaxed lunches to retreats, weddings, celebrations and corporate events. Each menu is tailored to your group, the occasion and the atmosphere you’d like to create.

Question 2

Is your food exclusively plant-based?

Accepted Answer

No. Plants are at the heart of my cooking, but my menus are not exclusively plant-based. I also include meat, fish, eggs and dairy according to your preferences. Whether you’d like a fully plant-based menu or a mix of dishes, I’ll create something that suits your group.

Question 3

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating menus around allergies, intolerances and dietary preferences is a speciality of mine, and I particularly enjoy cooking gluten-free. Please share all requirements in advance, including any severe allergies or coeliac requirements, so we can discuss the ingredients, preparation and menu that will work for your group.

Question 4

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

I cater across the whole of Mallorca and am also available for retreats, gatherings and projects worldwide. Tell me where you’re planning your event, and we can discuss availability and travel arrangements.

Question 5

What’s included?

Accepted Answer

For retreats, my service includes tailored menu planning around your group and programme; ingredient sourcing and all shopping; off-site and on-site cooking and preparation; brunch and evening meal service; tea and coffee throughout the day; table set-up before each meal; full clear-up and kitchen cleaning after every service; coordination of meal timings; and clear communication before and throughout your retreat. For other gatherings, inclusions are tailored to your event.

Question 6

How does booking work?

Accepted Answer

To enquire, send your dates, location, guest numbers and dietary requirements via WhatsApp. We’ll discuss your plans and I’ll prepare a personalised proposal confirming the menu, service, price and booking arrangements.
