How much time do I need to invest each week?

Most clients train around 3 times per week, with each session taking about 60 minutes. If your goal requires a bigger push, we can increase that to 4 sessions, but everything is tailored to your schedule and lifestyle.

Outside of training, the time commitment is minimal. Daily check-ins take about 2 minutes, and your nutrition is designed to fit your routine, whether that’s meal prepping or eating out.

The goal is to make everything work for you, not the other way around.

Do I need a gym, or can I train from home?

If you have a well-equipped home gym, you can absolutely do the program from home.

That said, to achieve the best results, your muscles need proper intensity and tension, which is much easier to get in a gym environment. For maximum progress, I recommend having access to a gym.
