The URBACT Programme aims to provide a safe and secure environment to its beneficiaries and community members. Therefore, no form of drunkness, harassment or discrimination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, age, religion and socioeconomic status, nor state of drunkenness will be tolerated. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled permanently, at the discretion of the event organisers.
