It was overall good. The storage doesn’t have a dumpster for u get rid of small things. Like I broke a picture frame. It wasn’t a dumpster or trash. The place was extremely clean. The staff was helpful and showing my the storage unit. And helping me with any concerns. She did say that the rates do increase because of the promotion offer . Very secure building. New building very beautiful inside. And offer flat bed dolly’s near elevator. Code to enter inside

I currently  use this storage unit to store my household items while transitioning homes, and I had a great experience. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. I felt comfortable knowing my belongings were stored in a secure environment.<br>The staff was helpful and made the process simple from start to finish. Move-in was smooth, and everything was clearly explained. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their home items.

I wanna give praise to Casey at the Hiawatha store for such great customer service during her time of pregnancy.  She was very polite and knowledgeable during her sensitive personal time in her life. If she hasn't received a raise or promotion its well deserved. Keep up the great work.

Casey was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in! I was greeted with a smile, she answered all of my questions professionally and accurately. The office and property itself is very clean and well cared for. Casey is proud of her store & gives the perfect customer service,  would absolutely 10/10 recommend storing here!
