Dr Burroughs and his wife Melissa have been great with every treatment I have had at Springs Aesthetics. I have had fillers, dysport & threads by Melissa and a dark spot on my face removed and sent for biopsy by Dr Burroughs that healed beautifully. The office staff and nurses and esthetician are all welcoming and fabulous.

What a great place! Dr. Burroughs and all the staff were wonderful. I was not rushed in/out. They explained all procedures, why they were appropriate, what to expect for recovery time and anticipated results. Now, this is how you run a medical practice!!

A thoroughly enjoyable experience from a gifted surgeon to his warm and friendly staff. I've had two surgeries with Dr. Burroughs and his tireless effort to make me happy and comfortable with my choice of procedures. One of my surgeries was elective on my eyelids to improve my peripheral vision which was flawless and effective. The second was to correct a surgery done by another surgeon. I'm sure that he has lost money on this endeavour as he and his staff have come in during their off-hours to correct the damage done by the other surgeon. Dr. Burroughs (and staff) have stayed with me through the complicated process of returning my skin to health as he accepts nothing but my satisfaction. My only regret is that I did not come to him first. Don't make that your regret! Highly recommend!!!
