First I would like to say that I hope each and everyone of you are having a great and blessed day. Pause for a second from what you are doing. What I want you to do is know the importance of taking deep breaths to calm your mind. Here are the steps: 1. 1. Get comfortable. 2. 2. Place one hand on your belly just below your ribs and the other on your chest 3. 3. Take a regular breath 4. 4. Now take a slow, deep breath 5. 5. Inhale through your nose and exhale slowly throughout your mouth 6. 6. Do this several times until you have a calming rhythm. We do need the healing from grief, shame, guilt and even self-abuse to get ourselves back on tract and to forgive ourselves to forgive others. It’s the time of our lives to be who we need to be for ourselves with not worrying about what others have to think or what others have to say.
