I’ve been seeing Sabrina for nearly two years now and she is an absolute magician.  I train seven days a week, so regular massage therapy is a big part of my recovery protocol.  She’s been able to resolve chronic lower back pain, as well as work out the inevitable intermittent issues that arise from frequent exercise.  In addition to her outstanding knowledge and skill in regards to troubleshooting the human body, her warm welcomes and genuine smiles every time I come in have made her the first person I recommend to everyone I know who might be experiencing soreness or struggling with physical discomfort in any way.  Most recently I had a session with her apprentice, Rachel, who also did an amazing job targeting shoulder and back tightness.  She responded very attentively to feedback, and did a great job “filling the shoes” of her trainer. I would highly recommend Sabrina and her staff for any of the services offered.  Professional, friendly, experienced, and, in my opinion, second to none.

Refined Massage Therapy, Sabrina is amazing.. She has helped both my husband and I keep moving forward as we age.  I can still keep running, biking and swimming. My husband can keep up with his mountain biking. She has also been essential to my teenage daughters health with moving. My daughter has juvenile arthritis. Shes great for deep tissue and sports massages.  Easy to schedule appointments too.

Sabrina is supremely talented in her work.  She takes the time to listen to concerns and adapts her approach accordingly. It is clear that she is very knowledgeable in her field.  After a session I feel great improvement and a sense of calm.  I would highly recommend her massage therapy.  It is truly an important component in taking care of yourself.
