Personal training, as a service, is most capable of producing results when you (the client) commit to a specified frequency of sessions per week. This is different from whole-sale purchasing of sessions to be redeemed at any day and time.

The sessions-per-week method allows the client to expect a certain number of sessions to occur within their week, and makes their schedule more predictable. It leaves less room for error as the schedule, once set, can be repeated week-after-week with the trainer. eg. every Monday and Wednesday at 4:00 PM
