This class is perfect for anyone who hasn’t exercised in a while and is looking to rebuild strength and get back into shape. If you’re interested in Pilates, Olena is definitely the best choice. I highly recommend her.
I highly recommend Olena as a Pilates instructor.<br><br>I spent a long time trying to find the right coach because my muscles are quite weak, which has been causing severe knee pain. I was also very afraid of getting injured while exercising. About two month ago I finally started working with Olena in a combination of online and in-person sessions, and it has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made.<br><br>From the very beginning she has been incredibly careful, attentive, and precise. She always watches every movement closely to make sure I don’t do anything incorrectly or risk even the smallest injury. I truly feel that these sessions have been far more helpful for me than the tiring physiotherapy sessions I used to have. After each class, I notice that my knee pain improves a little more.<br><br>At this point, Olena is not just a trainer to me. She is kind, supportive, and genuinely cares about her clients. She’s always willing to take time, even outside of class to answer my questions or help when I’m struggling with something.<br><br>I’m honestly so grateful to have found her. This class is professional, flexible, and truly comprehensive, and I can’t imagine replacing it with any other class.
