Where/When do you meet?

We meet on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Tuesdays at 6:30pm at The Arena in Pecan Square (2701 N Market St, Northlake, TX 76247).

What does it cost?

Annual Registration ($123):
- $85 National Fee
- $38 Council Fee
- (optional) $15 Scout Life magazine

The annual registration fee is collect by the national and council offices only. In order to fund the unit, we collect unit dues of $100.

The unit dues can be offset by participation in our fundraising activities. Selling $300 in our popcorn fundraiser fully cover the unit dues. Additional selling can also earn your scout rewards through the Trail's End popcorn program.

Question 3

What happens if my child misses a meeting?

Reach out to your child's Den Leader to see what they missed and how they can catch up. We create our yearly calendar to allow for scouts who missed meetings or activities a chance to catch up between March and May.

Question 4

Is Cub Scouts year round?

Accepted Answer

Yes and no. We primarily operate and have regular meetings during the school year between September and May. While we may not have regular meetings during the summer, we do have some fun summertime activities and events we encourage you and your scout to attend. Participating in three or more activities will earn your scout their Summertime Fun adventure and start their next year off with one (or more) beltloops/pins.
