hello and thank you for checking out my review. After seven years of residing at the same place, I am getting kicked out for reporting drug activity from my neighbors. I needed to immediately seek a storage unit for my belongings. I came across CubeSmart and came in today and the guy was absolutely phenomenal! He created a code for me and we went and tried everything and he showed me how it all works, and it worked great. I am looking forward to this new experience in renting a storage unit for the first time in my life. I am a huge believer in the Customer Service here as it was absolutely top-notch. In fact, his son came to take him to lunch and they actually waited until our transaction and business was all settled before he left for lunch. He assured me that customers come first. Eric is the best!

I rented a unit in 2024 for a few months. Came back this year because customer service was so great. I took everything out of my unit this a.m.  My auto draft came out yesterday.  I didn't pay for an entire month last time when I only used literally 2 days. Management said they can't pro rate it. They cant give ANYTHING refunded. I used  2 days of this month. Unbelievable.  . I will not be renting here a 3rd time for sure. Very disappointed.  Especially when the waiting advertisement whenyou call says they got customer service of the year reward for Oshkosh last year. I'm guessing they won an award, now they dont need to care about customers anymore.

The service is 1st rate. I am disabled and the gentleman went out of his way to make things easier for me. Including bringing all the paperwork outside for me to sign instead of making me walk back in. The facility is clean, the service is top notch, and the price isn't bad either!

We initially went just to rent a 5'5' storage unit for $30 a month and realized that unit was too small. On the website the next size up offered was 71/2'by4' for $37.50 but we were told no the next size was 7'10' for $106 with a40percent discount for a couple of months. We did not want to spend that much money on storage but we were there with all of our items and ready to unload. The gentleman that took care of us was quite thorough and professional.
