A: Same-Day Appointments are not accepted.

P: DEPOSIT

Accepted Answer

A: A Non-refundable Deposit of $23 is required prior to booking via cash app. Your remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

P: REFUNDS

Accepted Answer

All deposits are final and Non-refundable/negotiable. Deposit refunds are only issued in cases of booking errors, or emergency cancellations by the nail tech. If you become Dissatisfied with your nails during your service inform the nail tech immediately to stop, or make any adjustments. Letting your nail tech know at “the end of service” or once service is complete will result in a partial service fee for any completed service or removal of product.

P: PARTIAL SERVICE FEES

We do not work over other work previous done outside of junkrylx. Additional rates will apply if request of any adjustments before/after a completed set such as repairs, fill-ins, soak off,  or removal of any portion of the nail will be considered as a partial service.

P: EXTRA GUEST

Accepted Answer

Children, Pets, Spouse, or any extra guests:
Waiting or standing in lobby area.
Lounging inside/outside the premises.
Double parking near the premises.
anytime during the appointment ARE NOT ALLOWED! unless instructed by the nail tech. If clients don't adhere to this policy it will result in cancellation of appointment.

P: PRE-APPOINTMENT

We kindly ask all our junkies to arrive fully prepared for their service to prevent any delays with their Check-in process.
Please make sure you confirmed your appointment and come with your nails in a healthy, natural state—free of fungus, cracks, adhesives, or any enhancements.
Not adhering to this guideline may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

P: DAY OF APPOINTMENT

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Drivers: It’s advisable to arrive 20 minutes in advance* to find suitable parking.
Returning Clients: Always bring any essential preparation items, such as your rewards card, price chart, & any inspiration materials.

Upon arrival you will be asked to Complete a Client form via linktree or Request via (email, or screenshot) & return to the nail tech— Clients may keep copy for their records. All information provided will remain confidential and used only for:
	•	Basic client nail history
	•	Guardian consent 11+
	•	Rewards program 
	•	Application status

P: LATE ARRIVAL

We value our clients time here at Junkrylx and we dont like to rush through sets. We ask that you arrive on time and respect the next person who may be booking after you.
All clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. 
After this grace period, your appointment will result in a No show and cancellation..
**In “some cases” we gracefully offer a one time reschedule after a cancellation.**

P: SICK/NAUSEA

Junkrylx’s is homebased. We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for all services. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure everyone’s safety.
** Flu and Allergy season we may ask clients to wear a mask during their visits.

P: RESCHEDULE

We know things can change; keep in mind if you need to reschedule do so at least 12-24hrs (1 day or 12 hours) prior to your appointment time. If you reschedule 2-3 hours before your appointment, and/or after the notification period it will be considered a same-day cancellation.

Cancellations requires a 24-48 hour notice in advance (1-2 days before the appointment) to avoid cancellation fee. No-Shows and/or same day cancellations will result in loss of deposit. In some cases we gracefully offer clients the option to reschedule 1 time after cancellation; this does not apply to “No-Call/Shows”.

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: Hi Junki, Appointments are scheduled through booking site or direct message. 
NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS— BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT 2-3 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
Once your booking is secured via deposit, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS.

A: Upon booking a confirmation via Email/SMS will be sent out once your appointment has been confirmed. To secure your appointment your security deposit is due within 12 hours prior to booking. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

A: Hi Junki, All Deposits must be paid via Cash App/Zelle. Cash payments are only accepted for “Remaining balances”.

A: Hi Junki, I specialize in affordable & high quality junk nails preferably luxury crystals, pearls or charms for the it-girlies.

Q: Do you provide press-ons?

A: Yes, we provide luxury hand made press-ons. We offer the option of recreating your fav inspo or custom. **Pick up only**

Q: Is nail art included in your price?

Accepted Answer

A: Hi Junki, Some basic nail art may be included in certain full/signature sets; Any additional art or nail accessories personally desired (3D art, bling, charms, hand drawing, glitter, etc) for your set is considered a “ADD-ON” and will result in additional charges.

Q: Do you work over other techs work?

Accepted Answer

A: No, for hygiene and quality reasons, we only work on nails done by Junkrylx. Refills and removals are non-negotiable. If you have on a previous set we encourage our Junkies to let you nail tech know immediately and follow instructions given by nail tech to avoid additional charges prior to your appointment . Waiting until the day of your appointment will result in a partial service charge, which remains non-negotiable.

Q: Nail Repair ?

A: Hi Junki, If the your nail breaks within a 24–48 hours (1-2 days) we offer a free repair. Failure to do during the grace period will result in a partial service fee.

Q: Removal ?

Accepted Answer

A: Removal services (soak-off, drill-off, clipp-off etc.) is provided ONLY for our junkiiz with previous work done by Junkrylx.

Q: Dissatisfied?

Accepted Answer

A: If you are dissatisfied during your service, please inform the technician to stop/fix/remove nail immediately. Failure to do so and waiting until the end of service for adjustments will not be tolerated and will result in a partial service fee.
