Question 1

Do you charge a fee for your services?

Accepted Answer

Not all bookings require a service fee. When applicable, our fees are fair, affordable, and based on the services provided.

For our exclusive Live Sale rates, the Wholesale Retainer Fee is already included in the advertised price—no additional advisor fee.

Any applicable fees are clearly disclosed before booking. Property fees, if any, are disclosed separately.

Question 2

What is a Live Rate?

Accepted Answer

A Live Rate is an exclusive hotel or resort rate available through Jet Set by Suzette's insider access, often offering significant savings compared to publicly advertised prices.

Live Rates are valid ONLY for the specific travel dates, property, room category, and occupancy advertised. They cannot be transferred to different dates at the same promotional price.

Because these rates fluctuate in real time, they can change or expire at any moment without notice.

Our Wholesale Retainer Fee is already included in the advertised price, with no additional advisor fee. Any mandatory property fees are disclosed separately.

Payment in full is required at booking, and all rates are subject to availability.

Question 3

Can I customize my travel experience?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! At Jet Set by Suzette, we believe luxury is personal. Whether you're planning a romantic escape, family vacation, wellness retreat, cruise, celebration, or once-in-a-lifetime journey, we can tailor your experience to your preferences, travel style, and budget.

Please note: Our exclusive Live Rates apply only to the specific properties, room categories, travel dates, and occupancy advertised. Changes may affect pricing or availability.

Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences, not simply book trips.

Question 4

Are payment plans available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Many of our trusted travel suppliers offer convenient payment plans and low deposits, making it easier to plan your dream vacation without paying the full amount upfront.

Deposit requirements, payment schedules, and eligibility vary by supplier and travel package.

Please note: Our exclusive Live Rates require payment in full at booking and are not eligible for payment plans.

We'll gladly help you explore available payment options that best suit your travel plans and budget.
