This was a last-minute booking and my first time at a resort-style hotel, as it's not my usual choice. However, I'm glad I did — the room was spacious and clean, with a great pool surrounded by trees. The staff, including the management team, are very friendly and kind. If you have kids, they offer plenty of activities to keep them busy; this was just my observation, as I don't have kids myself. Overall, I would stay there again.

10/10 We’ve had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn, Surin Beach. The staff have worked hard to accommodate our dietary requirements, always making a huge effort for us. Fin, Kate and the team always welcome us with smiles and so much kindness.<br><br>Thak Sina is so sweet to our daughters, Peach has been amazing with the activities and all the staff are warm, polite and welcoming. This was our fifth stay and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.
