Thank you for the reply. It’s a bit disappointing to see that the constructive feedback regarding the logic of your service wasn't actually taken on board, but I’ll clarify since there seems to be some confusion.

Since you seemed so convinced that I didn't pay, I’m more than happy to email you the receipt and my bank statement for my $12 drink so you can issue me a refund.

Having the system of shouting drink names (instead of the customer name) at 20 identical, melting lattes in 42-degree heat, I’m sure you can see how that ‘workflow’ might struggle during a rush. Similarly, while a QR code on a floor-level corkboard is certainly a 'unique' design choice, it’s not particularly functional when guests are standing in front of it is it?

I genuinely enjoyed the food and would love to buy it again, as I’m always happy to support small businesses, I just prefer supporting the ones that actually value operational feedback.

Looking forward to hearing where I should send that receipt for my refund.

Visited on Sat 10 Jan around 11am. There was already a crowd of 20 people surrounding the counter. Ordered 2 pizzas and a drink on the app, said pick up would be in 5 mins but we ended up waiting 40 mins. They had 20 drinks lying on the table , ice all melted already because the staff couldn’t keep up. Customers waiting had to help them by calling out the names of drinks. No queuing system, no number to call out (someone took my order so I waited for another 20mins), staff had no idea what they’re doing. After 35 mins my $12 matcha latte was magically ready when I asked for a refund. If you can’t keep up then maybe pause the ordering app for 10 mins and actually get the orders out.

Loved the spicy carrot frittas! So flavourful, with just the right kick. The whole place has such a warm, fun vibe too — definitely a spot I’d come back to.
