I had a terrible experience with Maryam. I explicitly asked for a simple trim, but she completely ignored my instructions and cut off much more hair than we agreed on. Throughout the entire appointment, her attitude felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel highly uncomfortable in the chair. It felt like she was rushing through the service without any care for what I actually wanted. I am so unhappy with how my hair turned out and will definitely not be returning to her.<br><br>Edited: Address me as MISS Danielle. Thank you very much

My hair looked and felt absolutely amazing after my appointment at Dalia's Salon—healthy, bouncy, and beautifully finished. From the moment I walked in, Dalia and the team created such a calm, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere.<br><br>The hair wash and scalp massage were incredible, and I really appreciated how every step of my haircut was talked through with me beforehand. Everything was done so carefully and with great attention to detail, which made me feel completely at ease. To top it all off, the styling was a gorgeous, bouncy blowout that lasted beautifully.<br><br>I'll definitely be coming back. The service, the results, and the overall atmosphere were all fantastic.

Absolutely brilliant!<br>Myself and my friend are so happy with our haircuts, they turned out perfect! The staff were so lovely, friendly and really accommodating, they listened perfectly, made us feel totally at ease, and went above and beyond to get exactly what we wanted. We left feeling so confident — 10/10, would definitely recommend! Will definitely becoming again in the future! 🫶🏽
