To give you an accurate estimate of how I can help with your business books, I will need a quick look at your current financial activity. Please note: I work exclusively within QuickBooks Online (QBO). What I need to prepare your quote: To get started, please provide access to your business transactions using one of the following methods: Invite me to your QuickBooks Online account as an accountant user, OR Send over PDF copies of your recent bank and credit card statements. When will you get your quote? Once I've received your QuickBooks Online invitation or your Banking PDF statements, I will review the scope of work and send over your custom quote within 24 hours. Securely sharing these items ahead of our call ensures we can maximize our time together and get your books on track right away! I will send you an email with the basis of your Bookkeeping Quote. ______________________________________ Book An OnBoarding Call Congratulations and welcome! Now that we’ve agreed on the scope of work, this onboarding call is where we officially finalize your transition from a lead to a valued client. During this call, we will walk through your onboarding steps, set up our communication channels, and make sure we have everything we need to start managing your books seamlessly. How we will finalize your onboarding: To make things official and secure, we use Anchor (Ignition) to finalize our agreement. During or right before our call, you will receive an Anchor link where you can: Review & Sign: Safely view and digitally sign our bookkeeping engagement letter. Set Up Payments: Securely enter your preferred payment method for our ongoing services so you never have to worry about manual invoicing. What to bring to the call: Any final questions you have about our upcoming work together. Your preferred payment information to input into the secure Anchor portal. Select a time that works best for you, and let’s get your business officially set up for financial success!
