I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Laly and Sky at Chad Sumner State Farm. Both of them consistently go above and beyond to make every interaction smooth, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. When I walked in on Tuesday, even with being severely understaff, sky was the most sweetest being ever, offering something to drink and asking at every time if I was ok.<br>Laly is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always taking the time to explain options clearly and make sure everything is fully understood. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stand out, and it’s clear she truly cares about helping clients make the best decisions.<br>Sky brings such a positive attitude to every conversation. I would hear every time she would answer the phone. She is responsive, friendly, and efficient. Her willingness to help and her approach make a big difference. I really appreciate the treatment received and the service received by these wonderful young ladies. I feel glad to have made business with them. Thank you

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Cielo at Chad Sumner State Farm! She’s so sweet and polite, and even though she’s still new, she’s always super eager to help. If she doesn’t know the answer to something right away, she’s quick to let you know she’ll get back to you with the right info, which I really appreciate.<br>What I love the most is how she follows up to make sure I’ve received my ID card or declaration page. It’s those little touches that make such a big difference. Cielo brings such a positive energy to the office, and she’s just a delight to work with. She’s definitely a great addition to the team!
