the sourdough is crusty outside and very chewy inside, love the texture! on 2 different occasions, tried the dark chocolate walnut and chocolate cheddar with preference towards the former. the chocolate is not too sweet and pretty generous with the amount of walnut. best eaten after air drying it. we also had the fresh bake of jalapeno cheddar sourdough and it's really good too! spicy and cheesy and similarly, the texture is on point.<br>they're able to slice the sourdough (but I think only after certain time in the morning) and recently managed to walk in on a weekend around lunch time and still had quite plenty of options.

No frills sourdough bakery selling takeaway loaves but best sourdough ever. Would you think soft, chewy and flavourful is associated to sourdoughs? Photos I took don’t do justice cos the loaves are often gone before I can take a nice photo. My baby and toddler loves the breads as much as we do! We had more than 10 loaves now and still wanting more. Thank you for bringing the best sourdough I ever had into my neighbourhood and life😍

Sour dough is amongst my daily breakfast staple and I have high standards n have tried many, many in SG, JB and whenever I travel anywhere. I place Bake Anthem as one of the best in SG. Crispy crust, chewy n airy inside and it’s very affordable for the quality you get. Below $10 for a loaf of classic of decent size. I will now be going back every week. It’s a takeout place that specializes in sour dough, so everything offered is sour dough. My kind of bakery 😁
