Decided to move to Boston while uneducated about their typical june/ September lease cycle. Andi from Encore was so incredibly helpful in helping us find a great apartment during the off peak season in May. He made sure we were well informed and was always available to answer questions. 10/10 would use Andi from Encore again!

Andi made a stressful process much easier to manage! Moving to Boston from out of state I had to do everything virtually, and Andi was incredible. Couldn't recommend him enough!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Andi Bauer. I was cold calling listings on Zillow just praying someone had something for me because every place I was trying to see was being rented right before I could see it. But luckily Andi answered and got me and my roommates in to see a unit (that is now our new apartment) that day! Andi was incredibly responsive to all my questions and concerns. Next time I move I will be contacting Andi and Encore Realty. Thank you!

It was great work with Andi! He was incredibly quick to respond to any questions I had and always kept me updated throughout the process. He helped me find the best possible apartment that fit my needs, and made sure to explain every step clearly so I always knew what to expect. I would definitely recommend working with him!!

5 stars for Andi B, he is the homie. Didn't even end up renting from him but he was still SO nice and SO helpful. My fiance and I are not from the area, never even been to the area, and he was excellent at explaining how things work in Boston, real estate red flags, and just genuinely showing us so much kindness and patience. If you are looking for someone to help you navigate real estate in the area, Andi is without a doubt your guy.

Andi has been an absolute delight to work with in helping find an apartment in Boston. We went through so many agents who never got back to us and believe me, the Boston Market is a tough one! He met us for a last minute showing on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm and was SO helpful in securing it for rent. He negotiated better costs on deposits and a mid-month move in that we needed. He responds super quickly and even arranged to go get measurements for all the rooms because we will be moving from out of town and wanted to be sure all our furniture would fit! If you’re looking for an agent, this is absolutely THE guy to call! Thanks Andi, we really appreciate you!!
