Whitney went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely seamless and stress-free. We had a very tight timeline, and she made everything happen with such ease that I never had to worry about a thing. She made multiple trips back and forth throughout the day to handle items I needed adjusted, moved, or removed from photos, always making sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. One thing I especially appreciated was that she sent me photo updates of both the ceremony and reception setups, which gave me so much peace of mind. She also communicated and worked incredibly well with all of our vendors, ensuring everything stayed on schedule and ran smoothly. Beyond her professionalism and organization, Whitney was patient, kind, calming, and such a joy to work with. Her reassuring presence made all the difference on a day that can easily feel overwhelming. I cannot recommend Whitney enough. She truly exceeded every expectation and played a huge role in making our wedding day perfect. We absolutely loved our experience and are so grateful for everything she did!

If I could give Whitney more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat. She is so genuine and talented. She made our day as seamless as possible and took care of me and my loved ones with such sincerity. I felt genuinely cared for, not just another client. She made my day even more special with her presence and all of her hard work. She went above and beyond for me, and I will always be grateful.

I highly recommend that you hire Whitney as your wedding coordinator, you will not regret it!! From our very first meeting, to the grand exit on our wedding night, Whitney was absolutely wonderful! Whitney helped me get organized with my plans and gave lots of good ideas to help both our ceremony and reception run smoothly. She contacted all of the vendors before the wedding day and was the point of contact person on the day of the wedding. I did not have to worry about a SINGLE thing the entire day, I got to enjoy that morning getting ready, stress free. I had a lot of ideas and a lot of decor, some of it being last minute, and Whitney was able to get it done! Our ceremony and reception were both outside and the wind was making it difficult to get any decor set up or even to stay in place, but when it came time for me to walk down the aisle, everything was perfect and magical! I describe the day as “the best day of my entire life” and I truly mean it, it would not have happened without Whitney!! 12/10 recommend her!

Whitney coordinated my daughter’s wedding and was wonderful! Everything was outside and with the wind she helped keep everything the way the bride wanted for the wedding. She made sure everything was on time and coordinated with vendors to make sure it was beautiful. She moved desserts to the table from the kitchen, announced new happenings along the way. We were so happy with how everything turned out!

Whitney helped plan my August 2025 wedding and it couldn’t have gone smoother! She helped me create a timeline, contact vendors, coordinate scheduling, helped during our rehearsal, and most importantly, worked with my family behind the scenes seamlessly. She always made sure my vision shined throughout the day and made it absolutely perfect. I could not recommend Whitney more to another bride. Whitney is the most thoughtful individual; Sam and I were taking pictures in the August heat and when we pulled into our venue she greeted us in the parking lot with water and made sure we were doing well, and let us know we were ahead of schedule so we could sit and soak up a moment just for us. It was the small gesture that meant the world to Sam and I. She will ensure your vision is the focus and that you and your husband (or partner!) get the day you’ve always dreamed of.

Hiring Whitney was one of the best decisions my husband and I made in our wedding planning process! Even with our low-key, local wedding with about 75 guests, there were so many moving pieces, and she kept it all running smoothly for us. We hired her for day-of coordination, and since I have experience with event planning for work, it was really important to me to have an extra set of hands so that my husband, our families, and I could all focus on enjoying our wedding day. She picked up desserts, coordinated with other vendors, kept us on schedule, and even let us borrow some extra supplies and decor she had from past weddings. And she picked up an assortment of food at Mama Jean’s for me and my bridesmaids when the hair appointment took longer than expected. The planning meetings ahead of time were super helpful, and she connected us with a wonderful engagement photographer too. She is so positive and organized (the perfect antidote for an overwhelmed couple planning a wedding!) and is also just a really good person. I can’t recommend her enough!
