La Luna

La Luna is a collective of three musicians and facilitators sharing heart-led community mindfulness offerings around sound, movement, breathwork, and cacao. This summer in Jackson Hole, we’re sharing a series of immersive gatherings designed to foster presence, connection, and community. Our offerings include: - Live Music Yoga Classes – gentle and invigorating flows accompanied by handpan and guitar - Cacao Ceremonies & Community Circles – heartfelt gatherings rooted in intention, sharing, and open-hearted presence -Sound Journeys – guided inner explorations through immersive live music and meditative soundscapes - Transformational Breathwork – conscious breath sessions that unlock insight, release, and emotional clarity
