Tap water is not drinkable. We have bottled water ready for you when you arrive. This will be enough for the first few hours until you get your groceries.

The property owner or agent and their staff are not responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests. This applies during the guests' stay. 



CHILDREN'S POLICIES
Children are generally accepted in our properties. However, they are allowed in the Swimming pools or in external spaces only attended by adults.



ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Check-in: 15:00 Hrs
Check out: 11:00 Hrs

In case of flight delays or inconvenience while travelling, clients should contact us at the earliest. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts unless confirmed by us in advance.

GENERAL INFORMATION

ALARM SYSTEM
Your safety is our top priority. That’s why we use unique access codes for each guest, ensuring that no one else can access the systems during your stay. 
At check-in, we’ll walk you through how everything works, set up your unique code etc. Please have a look at the required steps below.

ACTIVATE ALARM:
1) Make sure all doors & windows are closed
2) Move to the Alarm Control Panel
3) Type the 4-digit code
4) Press ok button

DEACTIVATE ALARM
1) Walk to the Control Panel
2) Type 4-digit code
3) Press ok button


SAFE BOXES  
Each bedroom is equipped with a safe located inside the closet, allowing you to securely store your valuables during your stay. An instruction guide is provided, and we’ll be happy to assist you during check-in if needed.

SOUND SYSTEM & AIRPLAY
At the house there are 2 seperated sound systems (indoor & outdoor) you can search & find both using the Bluetooth on your mobile device. Once you connected you can do Airplay to the selected area.

WIFI & SOUND SYSTEM

HOUSEKEEPING  
The villa offers daily housekeeping services, including the provision of fresh towels and linen changes every other day. If you wish to have more hours of service, this may be at an additional cost after the working hours.

GARDENER  
A gardener visits the villa once a week to maintain and inspect the garden.

POOL MAINTENANCE  
Our pool maintenance team visits twice a week to refresh the pool. To respect your privacy, we schedule these visits early in the morning. The process takes approximately one hour. 

HOUSEKEEPING & POOL

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a set of keys along with a remote control. The gate is automatic and closes on its own after 1 minute. When exiting the villa, you can also use the button located by the gate for easy exit.
