I would recommend this as the first stop for anybody biking anywhere in the entire Cairo region. Very convenient to get to within the district 5 shopping complex and without all of the hectic Cairo and Giza traffic.<br><br>I met Omar day 1 and Youssef the expert engineer! Both were very friendly and gave me the confidence to have my Trek road bike serviced here with a full tuneup.<br><br>As friendly as they are, they are even more professional &amp; experts in Bike 🚲 maintenance. I went for my first bike ride since having my bike serviced including 2 tube replacements, 2 tire replacements, a bike wash and a chain replacement as I was overdue for all of them. The bike worked great today… Just like new &amp; I will be back Insha’Allah when additional maintenance is necessary.<br><br>I love that there is a great coffee shop there and the hours are so very convenient from 9 AM until midnight.<br><br>Also… They had all of the parts that are not easy to find elsewhere in Cairo such as CO2 canisters and Bike tubes as well as energy gels.

What impressed me most, however, wasn’t the technical expertise – it was the people.<br><br>During a stressful situation recently, Robaer and the team went out of their way to help me and make sure everything was sorted. It wasn’t something they had to do, but it perfectly reflected the culture of the business. They genuinely care about their customers and take a real interest in what you’re trying to achieve.<br><br>There is a real sense of community at The Wheelhouse. It’s a place where cyclists can get support, advice, encouragement, and expertise all under one roof. The team doesn’t just sell products or provide services; they invest time in understanding your goals and helping you reach them.<br><br>That combination of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care is rare. If you’re involved in cycling in Cairo in any way, I would highly recommend paying them a visit.<br><br>Five stars, without hesitation.
