when will my order be ready?

customs typically take 1-5 days to be completed upon ordering if i have the yarn in stock. rush orders for a due date may be requested for $5. if i do not have the yarn you’ve requested in stock, i will have to order it. shipping time for yarn orders can take 1-2 weeks.

how can i place an order?

you can message me directly or use my ko-fi website for shipping.

what is your refund policy?

i don’t have one. there are no refunds on handmade items.

all of my plushies are made with plastic safety eyes. these are choking hazards to small children. they are double secured, but please use supervision.

a $10 deposit is required upfront before i will begin your order. i accept cash app, venmo, paypal, cash, and card payments via square. if your order is less than $10, your purchase amount is required upfront.
