Treat yourself to a stay at this beautiful property! It’s perfectly located and tastefully decorated. My husband and I agreed we would like stay much longer than our short visit. We will definitely return to try another suite!

We loved the Desert Compass.  We stayed in the Cowgirl Room and it was perfect.  I was so impressed with all the details that had been thought out for guests.  Washer and Dryer for us to use, plenty of plug in and outlets for all our "stuff", coffee and creamer for us to use each morning, xtra toilet tissue!  There was a large tv that actually worked and everything was comfortable.  The grounds are beautiful with a parking spot for us and it was a close walk into Old Town.  There is comfortable outdoor furniture to lounge on and a grill to use.  I actually could live there.   It was wonderful and I would love to go back again.

This was our first time to Albuquerque, & we really enjoyed staying at the Desert Compass. We loved the artistic touches in the Rattlesnake Suite (the mural, the hand painted wall in the bathroom, etc). It was a super cute place and the common area was nice to spend time in as well (the little pool, outdoor space, etc). It was a great location to walk to Old Town, and the park across the street. We traveled with our baby, and it was very kind that they arranged to have a pack n' play for us to use. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautifully decorated inside and out, nice taste of old west, spacious, just a few blocks away/easy walk to Old Town, quiet. Stayed in Cowgirl Room - wonderful, just the bathroom is a little cramped, but still keeping overall at 5 stars.

We had a fantastic stay at The Desert Compass. The location is perfectly situated near Old Town and there is a gate for security. We stayed in the Rattlesnake suite and it is spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed including coffee and tea. The vibes are incredible and my husband who is hard to impress said, “this place is really cute. Let’s stay here again.” We’ll be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Desert Compass. Prime location in old town. Spacious, beautifully decorated rooms with careful attention to detail. Very clean and organized. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. We stayed in the Cactus Suite, which had a very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and breakfast nook. The art and focus on local artists was quite special. Also love that laundry was onsite, and the hosts communicated very well. Will definitely stay again.
