Texas Frightmare Weekend

All hotels listed will implement a 45-Day cancellation policy for our 2025 event. Reservations must be canceled no later than 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalties. Reservations made within 45 days of the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s room and tax. In the event of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged. Please note that any non-refundable deposits or prepayments will not be returned. We recommend confirming all travel arrangements prior to this period to avoid any unnecessary fees.
