3. Cancellation: Notify us 24 hours prior to avoid a cancellation fee.

5. Guarantee: Contact us same day of service for any issues.

6. Access: Please ensure our cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is denied, a cancellation fee may apply.

8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
