This was my 1st visit here. I was totally impressed by the salon! It is so nice in there! I was referred by a friend from work. Brittany cut & styled my hair. I especially liked how she listened to how I wanted the cut. And she did a wonderful job! I will be coming back! Thank you, Brittany!

At first we were completely impressed with this salon. It’s been local for years and everyone seemed so kind. The first visit was so exciting, I got extensions with Brittany and they looked wonderful for weeks. After I provided my vulnerable feedback for two visits she always questioned me unstead of just saying “let me show you how to better care for.” The fist extension fix visit it was judgmental, I was overcharged for products I never needed. Then I brought in my daughter and she completely messed up her color. I wish from my stylist I would feel comfortable being myself and comfortable asking questions instead of “remember when I told you” comments. I’ll never again bring my family to this salon based on the 5 experiences I had with Brittany. Another fact, when it came to my first time to have Extensions removed, I had a lot of questions. I didn’t know what kind of products it required to remove Extensions safely and she pulled out a bottle of rubbing alcohol. That is what she used and I’ve googled it since and I see that that is sometimes a common choice, but not the preferred choice. There are other chemicals and other sprays that work better that don’t damage your hair immediately and to think that she didn’t even understand that makes me question her ability as a hairstylist. Since then, I’ve gone to a new hairstylist and she’s used a great product and it has not stripped or hurt my hair near as much as what Brittany did to mine. I blame her for a lot of my hair loss because of this. I wish her the best. I’m sure she’s an amazing woman and I’m not trying to be completely rude against her in this review but I need her to understand and recognize it takes a lot of education for people with first time extensions, especially when they’re vulnerable and insecure about their already thinning hair. Not to mention her attitude sucked. After what she did to my hair, it’s taking almost a year to fix. By the way, my first visit was $785.

Brittany is the best! She is so personable and welcoming. I haven't experienced a stylist that takes their time getting to a know a new client. Brittany checked in throughout our appointment to ensure the end result is what I really wanted. Even after styling, she was able to make small fixes that she caught & I loved my lighter hair after seeing her.
