About Erasmus+ STEAM Education

STEAM Education: Advancing Learning through Innovation

1. We are addressing the need for digital skills & competences in today's workforce. Our project equips students with the knowledge & skills they need to thrive in a digital world by promoting the integration of digital technologies & resources into STEAM education. Our project helps students develop critical thinking & problem-solving skills that will be applied to a wide range of real-world challenges. 

2. We want to prevent early leaving & failure in education. By promoting STEAM education, we can help students develop a love of learning & a sense of purpose, which can reduce the likelihood of early leaving & failure in education. 

3. We want to promote STEAM education as a holistic & interdisciplinary approach to learning. STEAM education integrates science, technology, engineering, arts & math, providing students with a well-rounded & interdisciplinary approach to learning that is essential for success in the 21st century.

1.	STEAM activities help students improve their language skills. We were able to see this during our activities. We are sharing these good practices with the other visiting educators. 

2.	Engaging in STEAM activities stimulate creativity & critical thinking skills among students, allowing them to express themselves in new & innovative ways. 

3.	Students who participate in STEAM activities are often more engaged in their learning, leading to increased attendance & a more positive attitude towards school. 

4.	STEAM activities help students to understand & appreciate their own cultural heritage as well as those of others. This will lead to increased tolerance & respect for cultural differences. 

5.	STEAM activities help students develop social & emotional skills, such as empathy & self-expression. This will improve their overall well-being & ability to interact positively with others. 

6.	STEAM activities improve academic achievement.
