At Slice Street Pizza, we make real pizza with real ingredients for people who truly love pizza.

Our dough is made with just five ingredients: flour, water, salt, yeast, & extra virgin olive oil. We only use NON-GMO flour, including locally milled, Barton Springs Mill Flour.

Our dough is cold-fermented for a minimum of 48 hours. This improves flavor and texture. The longer the fermentation, the lower the dough is on the glycemic index, making it easier to digest, and healthier for you too.

We AVOID seed oils wherever possible. We make all our dressings and sauces in-house, from our Pesto to our Ranch - without seed oils, and made with real Extra Virgin Olive Oil, real sour cream, real buttermilk, etc.

We wash and chop all our vegetables in-store and have a thorough produce washing program that would please even the most discerning guests.

We are constantly honing our craft, serving up an artisanal hand made pizza, at fast-food prices. Trust the Crust!™

Darius Aram is the founder and owner of Slice Street Pizza, an award-winning pizzeria located in Dripping Springs, Texas, known for its uncompromising commitment to quality, flavor, and creativity. With backgrounds in culinary arts, hospitality, marketing and real estate finance, Darius has built a brand rooted in tradition, but with a rebellious, flavor-forward twist.

His journey into pizza-making wasn’t born in a classroom. It was shaped by years of obsessing over recipes, dough fermentation, and traveling to uncover the best regional slices. At Slice Street Pizza, he’s brought that passion to life with a menu that blends New York-style and Detroit-style pizza, while also offering standout originals like the Briezza, house made dressings, and his fan-favorite pepperoni rolls with an unapologetic cheese pull.

He lives for the crunch of a perfect crust, the burn of a Calabrian chili, and that smile when someone takes their first bite.
