Updated 5/18: I complained because another tenant keeps spilling cat poop and used cat litter in the stairs.

the owner Anthony Giacobetti's response he meant for his staff but sent to me: "Yeah, she's all fired up. Just entertain her". Screenshot attached.

I toured The Azalea on May 5th and submitted my application on May 6th, including a $70 application fee. I was told I would be considered for the unit I toured, and after 7 days of follow-up I was informed that the unit had been rented to someone else.

I then responded immediately when asked if I was interested in other available units, but experienced delayed and inconsistent follow-up. I also requested to speak with a leasing agent by phone due to ongoing communication issues and the fact that I had paid an application fee, but I have still not received any phone call (today is May 16th).

Throughout this process, communication has been limited to text messages (sometimes AI generated) or routed through a receptionist via an automated phone system, with delays in coordination at multiple steps. After being approved for another unit (approval received through text message only) I again had difficulty getting timely scheduling support to view the unit before moving forward with leasing.

Compared to other property management companies I am working with, this level of communication has been unusually disorganized and inconsistent.

I am still interested in The Azalea, but I would expect clearer and more direct communication for applicants moving through a time-sensitive leasing process.

They took over management of a building I live in Jenkintown. Accessible via text message and or a portal. Response times are great maintenance. Staff is trustworthy and very efficient. They have made Great efforts to handle minor every day  nuances, such as parking which is in flux because of retail on the first floor, but they handled it very well.  Just renewed For a second term  and quickly realized I needed more space. I sent a text and an email to which they responded very generously  allowing me to transfer to a larger unit, For which I am very grateful that should be happening this week so far it has been a breeze and a pleasure. Everyone I spoke with over there has been.extremely helpful. A+ to everyone over there for continuous forward, movement . Waaayyy  way better than the first property management  we had! They manage so many properties, yet never feel like just a number waiting ! Thank you
