Looking back now, he was absolutely right.<br><br>From listing to closing in less than 30 days, Don guided us through every step of the process with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. Selling a home can be stressful, and we were definitely two nervous sellers, but Don’s patience, knowledge, and steady guidance gave us confidence every step of the way.<br><br>Whenever challenges or questions came up, he helped us navigate the complexities with ease and always made sure we understood our options. His communication was outstanding, and we always felt like we had someone in our corner advocating for us.<br><br>If you’re looking for a realtor who knows the market, works tirelessly for his clients, and delivers results, we cannot recommend Don highly enough. It was a pleasure to work with Don and his team! Don went above and beyond in so many ways during the sale of my home. My house was listed just a couple of days after the big snowstorm in January 2026. Don drove the photographer down my long driveway so they wouldn’t get stuck in the snow and then arranged for someone to plow the driveway because I couldn’t get it done myself. Don arranged for two open houses, which generated a lot of interest in the house and also set up a second photographer with another company to get even more online exposure.<br><br>Throughout the process, he always gave me great advice and was upfront about everything, which I really appreciated. His communication was excellent- he always responded to any questions promptly. There were a lot of unforeseen issues that came up, like storm damage a few weeks after being listed. He helped me deal with that issue, and many others. Throughout everything, I felt like I had a true partner on my side in Don.<br><br>Originally, I was looking to purchase a house and Don showed me a lot of houses that were in my price range and in the areas of town I was looking in. He knew immediately what kind of repairs the house might need (he would say things like: those windows are at the end of their useful life). As someone who knows nothing about these kind as of things, his advice was incredibly valuable. I also worked with Don’s colleague, Jen, who also was so helpful and knowledgeable.<br><br>I highly recommend Don and his team. When I’m ready to search for a house again, I will definitely be giving him a call. In the end, my house sold for asking price, which I am so grateful for - and it’s all thanks to Don and his team.

We would recommend Don and Jennifer all day! We moved from out of state and we had the best experience and smooth transition because of them. I am very particular and they go above and beyond to answer every question and make sure we found the perfect house for us. Even after closing they have followed up routinely to make sure everything is going smoothly and ask if we have any needs. We not only are extremely happy with their business…we are happy to now call them friends.
